On arrival at the hotel you will be provided with a bracelet that will be your all inclusive identification (personal and non-transferable)..
Which we ask you to wear during your stay at the hotel, in the event of Unlawful use, consumptions and/or services will be charged directly to your bill. IF YOU WANT TO INVITE ANOTHER GUESTS WHO IS NOT STAYING UNDER THE “ALL IN." SYSTEM YOU MUST PAY THE NORMAL LISTED PRICE.
The “all in.” Programme starts at 12:00 on your arrival day and ends at 12:00 on your departure day. You must return the bracelet to reception before leaving the hotel.
Please show your bracelet to order the drinks.
The management reserves the right to refuse serving alcohol to those guests behaving inapropriately.
Taking food and/or drinks in and out of the restaurant is not allowed.
Products must be consumed within the designated area .

All alcoholic beverages are local and imported brands, (except “reservas”) and will be available in the hotel bar on duty.
As well others soft drinks included are: water (no bottles), filter Coffee (not expresso), tea, chocolate milk shake and cola cao.
THE PROGRAMME “ALL IN.” IS SERVED AT THE BAR, NOT ON THE TABLES.
Note:Drinks which are not included are: Natural Juices. For beverages and meals included in the en el “all in.” Hotel las palmeras make sure that is marked by * in the respectives menus. Times and venues for conducting these services are subject to change by management.
