What is restaurant timetable?

The opening hours at our restaurant are:

  • Breakfast – 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
  • Lunch – 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
  • Dinner – 6.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
This timetable may be altered subject to season and occupancy.

Does the restaurant serve gluten-free and lactose-free products?

Our restaurant has products without gluten and lactose and special ingredients for all types of food intolerance. You can request more information at reception so they can notify our kitchen team.

Can you order packed lunches at the hotel?

We regret to inform you that this service is not available.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi? How much does it cost?

The hotel has Wi-Fi both in the reception area and in the rooms. The rates are as follow (prices may vary without prior notice):

  • 1 hour: 2€
  • 1 day: 5€
  • 3 days: 10€
  • 1 week: 20€

When do I have to pay for my booking?

When you book on this website, you will be requested a credit card as a guarantee, although it won’t be charged. The payment shall be made directly at the hotel, excepting promotions and refundable/non-refundable offers.

What is a refundable/non-refundable offer?

They are rates that are paid at the time of the booking with the credit card you provide. These bookings cannot be modified or cancelled. There shall be no refunds once the booking is confirmed.

Do you have indoor or outdoor parking?

The hotel has parking spots available, subject to availability on arrival. Prices may vary subject to season without prior notice.

Is there public transport from the hotel?

The train and bus stations are just 5-7 minutes on foot from the hotel. We do NOT provide private transfer services.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

We regret to inform you that we do not allow any kind of animal at the hotel.

How can I get tickets for Bioparc?

You can request more information about tickets for Fuengirola Zoo at our reception desk or you can buy them on our website or directly at the Bioparc ticket office, located just 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool? Is there a towel service?

There are two swimming pools at the hotel, one for adults and one for children, and they are located on the fifth floor. We also have free sun beds, parasols and airbeds. There is NO towel service at the swimming pool.

Is there a safe in the room?

All of our rooms have a safe. The daily rate is of 2.75€. You can request more information for long-.stay rates at reception.

Is there a minibar in the room?

All of our rooms have a minibar. You can request more information on stocking it at reception or you can hire the service directly on our website.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility?

The hotel has rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility subject to availability.

Is there a babysitting service?

The hotel has a babysitting service for your children. You can request more information at the reception desk.

Does the hotel have a Children’s Club?

The hotel has a MiniClub service for children between the ages of 5 and 11 during high season, mainly from end of June until early September.
